The present invention provides a selection method for sharing induction module of near field communication and cordless charging and a selection circuit thereof. The method includes: preparing an induction module, on which is configured with a first coil and a second coil for inductively receiving a first frequency signal or a second frequency signal, respectively; determining whether the induction module inductively received the first frequency signal or the second frequency signal; and, controlling by the first frequency signal to open a first chip unit to be electrically connected to the first coil, or controlling by the second frequency signal to open a second chip unit to be electrically connected to the second coil, so as to achieve the purpose of integrating both the near field communication and the cordless charging functions onto a portable electronic device.
