The present invention relates to a technology of generating a damage level of a vehicle into a standardized form in an accident and predicting occupants injury through the standardized form and, more specifically, to a technology of realizing a program in a smart terminal such that accident investigators collecting accident data or emergency medical technicians transferring emergency patients at the scene of an accident can easily input information on damage to a vehicle in a standardized form, immediately transmitting the inputted standardized data to an information management server of the 911 fire station, and allowing the information management server to retransmit the standardized data to the police station, insurance companies, hospitals, etc. Therefore, dealing with an accident vehicle and treating occupants may be effectively performed.
