A method to determine transmission power information of a communication terminal in D2D communication using a cellular communication network includes: a step (610) whereby a base station acquires channel gain information with respect to at least one cellular user equipment (CUE) and at least one D2D user equipment (DUE) located within a coverage of the base station; a step (620) whereby the base station determines optimal transmission power between a CUE and a DUE based on the channel gain information; and a step (630) whereby the base station selects a DUE which shares a resource with the CUE and allocates resources to the selected DUE. In the step (620), if a CUE i among at least one CUE and a DUE j among at least one DUE share the same resource with each other, the base station determines transmission power of the DUE j as the optimal transmission power using the channel gain information, wherein the transmission power of the DUE j maximizes the sum of the transmission rates of the CUE i and DUE j. The step (630) includes a step (631) whereby the base station allocates the resources to the CUE i; a step (632) whereby the base station selects the DUE j among the DUEs using the determined optimal transmission power, wherein the sum of the transmission rates of the DUE j and the CUE i is maximized; and a step (633) whereby the base station transmits, to the selected DUE j through a downlink, a control signal including the optimal transmission power for the DUE j and information of the resources allocated to the CUE i.
