PURPOSE: A recombinant microorganism is provided to show activation and growth at high temperatures and to enable culturing at high temperatures, thereby being widely used. CONSTITUTION: A recombinant microorganism which grows at high temperatures contains lon proteins of sequence number 4. The microorganism is prokaryotes. The microorganism is gram-negative bacteria, E. coli. Virus is thermally stabilized using lon protein of sequence number 4. A thermal stabilization method of the virus comprises the steps of: isolating lon protein of sequence number 4; and making the isolated proteins and the virus come in contact.
