The present invention relates to a pet-collimator-integrated neutron therapy apparatus for single photon image acquisition, which is a neutron therapy apparatus for treatment based on neutron irradiation in a lesion tissue including a proton emission tomography (PET) that is circumferentially arranged at a predetermined distance from a patient or an inspector on the front surface of the neutron therapy apparatus; an SPECT collimator that has a connection frame arranged along the inner circumference of the proton emission tomography (PET) and multiple collimators connectedly arranged at a predetermined distance inside the connection frame, the connection frame being capable of rotating and moving forward and backward between the proton emission tomography (PET) and the opposite side of the neutron therapy apparatus; a driving unit that allows the collimator to rotate and move forward and backward; and a control unit that controls the driving unit, in whcih the same single isotope is used during the inspection of the lesion tissue using the PET and the collimator so that the lesion tissue pre-inspection based on the PET and the neutron therapy apparatus can be used in an integrated management of treatment and the post inspection of the lesion tissue following the treatment based on the SPECT and the collimator. Also, the integrated PET and SPECT collimator allows an SPECT image as well as a PET image to be obtained, and the management and accuracy control can be integrated between the PET and the SPECT.
