The present invention relates to a method for discriminating rice genetic resources and, more specifically, to a method for discriminating rice genetic resources capable of rapidly, accurately, and simply discriminating the rice genetic resources using a single nucleotide polymorphism comprising genes in which relation with amylose content of rice is not known and modification thereof.
