The present invention relates to a user-customized healing music massage chair for relieving stress. According to the present invention, music and a massage pattern suitable for a user are provided based on stress index measurement so that stress can be relieved and mental and physical stability can be recovered within a short period of time. The present invention includes a driving unit that is disposed in each part in a main body of the massage chair and performs a massage operation while being driven; output means disposed in the main body of the massage chair for music output; a database that stores classified music data to be output by the output means; a pulse wave measuring unit that measures a users pulse wave while being in contact with a part of the users body using the massage chair; and a controller that receives a pulse wave signal from the pulse wave measuring unit and calculates a stress index based on the users pulse wave, and allows the output means to output music from the music data stored in the database in a case where the calculated stress index is equal to or above a first reference value.
