Disclosed is a method to model wind by applying a differential method and a probabilistic technique. According to embodiments of the present invention, as highly reliable wind modeling is provided in every environment based on measured wind data, random wind, which is similar to real wind, is generated depending on characteristics of each environment. Moreover, desired new wind data is generated by using a probabilistic technique, to which a random number method and a differential method using a difference between altitudes are applied, based on the measured wind data.
