According to an embodiment of the present invention, a method for providing a project financing loan service which is executed in a project financing loan service providing server which is linked to a home warranty company server includes the following steps: receiving a warrant of a project and the full text of deposit money amount information of each constructor from the home warranty company server if an evaluation about the project which is hosted by a constructor is performed by the home warranty company server; providing a project financing (PF) loan service, which takes the warrant as security, for the constructor; providing a PF loan service for a cooperative company by taking the transfer of sales credit, which the constructor issues to the cooperative company, as security after a specific time point from a starting time point of the project; and transferring a specific money amount to the deposit account of the constructor based on a history which is in the full text.
