The purpose of the present invention is to provide a compound insulation curing system of a placed concrete wall in cold weather and an insulation curing management method thereof, which are provided to create a synergy effect with hydration heat inside concrete by heating the concrete wall which is placed in cold weather; prevent early-frost damage to the concrete wall by a heating wire-integrated curing sheet; and secure the quality of the concrete. According to the present invention, the compound system for insulating and curing placed concrete comprises: a compound insulation curing means heating and insulating concrete; a power supply unit supplying power to a heating member of the compound insulation curing means; and a control unit controlling power supplied to the heating member. The compound insulation and curing means has the heating means formed therein, wherein the heating means supplying heat by power supply is integrated with a bubble sheet member having an air layer therein.
