The present invention relates to a method and an apparatus for mobile communication services which can improve mobile communication service quality and voice of customer (VOC) by monitoring whether a mobile communication service over a wireless network is normal before attempting voice, video, data, message, additional services, etc. in a terminal, and performing wireless network connectivity monitoring & auto healing (CMAH). The method for mobile communication services according to the present invention comprises the following steps of: performing, by a terminal, a ping test of a server in a network, and determining whether the test is successful; and changing a terminal mode to a flight mode when the test is determined as failure, and deactivating the flight mode after resetting a mobile communication modem.
