The present invention relates to a smart card including an IC chip and an operating system thereof. The IC chip comprises an application information unit to read USIM application information which is mobile communication subscriber identification information together with credit card application information having credit transaction subscriber information used for credit transaction, thereby providing the credit card capable of using the mobile communication subscriber identification information using an existing smart card without adding a module or a chip.
