OIL RECOVERY SYSTEM FOR PLUME CONTAINING OIL-MIST FROM DYEING TENTER PROCESSES

The present invention relates to a system for recovering oil contained in white fume in a dyeing tenter process using a multi-scrubber that can reduce the generation of malodors and can recover oil to be used as reclaimed oil by effectively treating the white fume containing oil mist generated in malodor-discharging processes in a fiber industry such as textile printing, dyeing, refining, dye blending and a tenter process and, especially the tenter process. The oil recovery system from white fume in a dyeing tenter process using a multi-scrubber comprises: a duct having a water spray device installed therein; a washing water tank integrally installed at the lower end of a horizontal scrubber; a horizontal scrubber including a plurality of water spray devices for removing malodors and particulate matter removing filters installed at the rear ends of the water spray devices for removing malodors; an oil filter for gradually making drops of oil mist larger to produce large particles having a large density and supplying the large particles to an oil drum; an oil-water separator for separating oil from water supplied from the washing water tank, supplying the separated oil to the oil drum and circulating the water having the oil separated therefrom to the horizontal scrubber; and an oil drum for recovering oil from the oil filter and the oil-water separator.
