Disclosed is a vacuum glazing for window and a manufacturing method thereof. According to an embodiment of the present invention, the vacuum glazing for window comprises a first glass panel; a second glass panel which is arranged to be separated from the first glass panel at a certain interval by facing one surface of the first glass panel in one surface; a spacer which maintains gap by being arranged between the first glass panel and the second glass panel; a sealing material which seals the first glass panel and the second glass panel by being arranged along the end unit of the first glass panel and the end unit of the second glass panel so that a vacuum unit can be arranged inside; and a measuring unit which is arranged in the vacuum unit and is formed on one of one surface of the first glass panel and one surface of the second glass panel, and which measures the vacuum level of the vacuum unit by having a different color when the vacuum of the vacuum unit is released.
