The present invention relates to an animation creating method using a 3D graphic program and a plug-in program operating upon being plugged in to the 3D graphic program. The animation creating method according to the present invention comprises the steps of: (a) executing the 3D graphic program to display an operation screen; (b) selecting an object-to-bone (OTB) menu formed according to plug-in of the plug-in program and displaying an OTB window on the operation screen; (c) displaying an object composed of a plurality of bones and meshes corresponding to the bones on the operation screen; (d) selecting at least one of bones and determining a mesh to be synchronized with the selected bone; (e) when an OTP button provided on the OTB window is selected, converting the exterior of the born selected in (d) into the exterior of the mesh synchronized with the selected bone to be displayed; and (f) performing an animation operation by using the object converted in (e). Thus, since the animation operation is performed in a state in which the exterior of the bone structure is converted into the exterior of the mesh structure, a resource problem according to animation of the mesh structure can be solved, while visually checking a motion of an actual character, or the like, during an animation creating process, thereby promoting convenience of animation operation.
