Provided are a side gutter type rain collecting well and an eco-friendly road structure with a drainage system using a rain collecting well. The present invention is to provide a rain collecting well that can be installed solely instead of an irrigation pipe placed successively along the lengthwise direction of the road, to complete a drainage system of a road structure with only the rain collecting well, to rapidly drain the penetrating rain penetrating into under the pavement layer, and to minimize the damage to the appearance of the road by placing a side gutter type rain collecting wall (2) respectively along the lengthwise direction of the road with a certain interval. The side gutter type rain collecting well comprising: a rain collecting space (10a) where rain is collected inside with blocked floor, sides, and top; a side wall with a rain pipe connecting hole (12) for accessing the rain connecting pipe (210) of the drainage facilities; and a top with a surface rain inlet hole (22) and penetrating rain inlet hole (24), the top (11) of the side gutter type rain collecting well (2) being at the same position with the top of concrete support layer (120) or at a lower position than the top of concrete support layer (120) to let the rain penetrating into under the pervious pavement layer (24) flow on the top of concrete support layer (12) to flow into the penetrating rain inlet hole (24), and the top of surface rain inlet hole (22) being opened to the outside of pervious pavement layer (140) to let the rain flowing on the surface of pervious pavement layer (140) flow in.
