A pulley lagging removing apparatus according to the present invention comprises: an apparatus frame; and a removing unit installed on the apparatus frame, and capable of removing a lagging, which is attached to surround the drum of a pulley, by peeling the drum when the drum is rotated. The removing unit capable of removing the lagging by peeling the rotated drum peels the rotated rum like peeling a fruit using a knife, thereby easily, smoothly, and automatically removing the unevenly abraded lagging. Therefore, a fire due to the folding of the belt and a contact friction between the pulley and the belt excessively adhering thereto can be prevented, wherein the folding and the contact friction are due to a meandering caused in the belt by the unevenly abraded lagging. And, the uneven loading movement of a belt-conveyed object can be prevented, and a material supply problem due to damage to the belt can be prevented beforehand. In addition, the separation of cart equipment or a tension weight box maintaining the tension of the belt in the case of a work while the laggings are overlapped with each other can be prevented, and an installation defect caused when the separated lagging is wound on a plummer block or a shaft can be prevented. Furthermore, the danger of a safety accident that a worker is injured by being caught in the drum as a rotor when approaching the drum according to an existing manual work or is wound when using a cutter can be removed.;COPYRIGHT KIPO 2015
