The present invention relates to a mixed mode signal environment based frequency reassign system which can effectively process mixed mode signals which a radio repeater handles and flexibly improve frequency reassign configuration in a software way, when a radio repeater forming a wireless link between a base station and a terminal processes a mixed mode signal with WCDMA and LTE signals. The radio repeater in the system includes: ADC which converts analog signals to digital signals; FPGA which classifies a form of the digital signal converted from the ADC into WCDMA, LTE, GSM and CDMA, computes the ratio of each signal to all signals, reassigns frequencies with a CASE close to the computed ratio, and generates a sync signal to divide the sending and receiving timing of a wireless communications link; and DAC which converts the digital signal outputted from the FPGA to an analog signal.
