Provided is a device for a security communications for a multi-user system and a method thereof. The method for a security communications for a multi-user system provided by the present invention comprises: a step of generating the maximum value of the penalty multiple input-output sum ratio which is equivalent to the maximum value of the multiple input-output security sum ratio in order to generate the maximum value of multiple input-output security sum ratio maximizing the security sum capacity; a step of converting the maximum value of the penalty multiple input-output sum ratio into the maximum value of the multiple input-output security sum ratio; and a step of finding an optimal algorithm by using the converted maximum value of the multiple input-output security sum ratio as the covariance matrix of the signal transmitted from base stations.
