The present invention relates to a preparation method of encapsulated cattle sperm into beads used in vitro fertilization, confirming that the invention adopts an emulsion technology tailored to a mass production structure and encapsulates cattle sperm into beads in a stable way, thus enabling the distribution and the mass production of good quality sperm, and also confirming that the beads encapsulated with the cattle sperm shows a good recovery rate when being released. Accordingly, the invention can effectively be used as a method for encapsulating cattle sperm into beads used for artificial insemination.
