The present invention relates to a system for finding out accurate coordinates through actual observation-based topographic information and elevation data-based numerical maps. More specifically, the said invention relates to a system applied with a method to improve an accuracy of the GPS-measured values when they are obtained by incorrect GPS signals based on the tallest building in the area as the starting point with values corrected with the coordinates obtained by actual observation and elevation data-based on the numerical maps.;COPYRIGHT KIPO 2015
