摘要

The present invention provides: a heating source with high efficiency which can be manufactured in the small size; a small apparatus capable of generating electric energy with high efficiency using the same heating source; and a method for manufacturing the same heating source. The present invention provides the heating source, the method for manufacturing the same, and the small apparatus for generating electric power including the same heating source. The heating source includes: a first electrode; a second electrode which is arranged to face the first electrode and includes a palladium thin film in which hydrogen atoms are dissolved in saturated concentration or more on a side thereof toward the first electrode; a dielectric material film arranged between the first electrode and the second electrode; and a pulse generating part which applies pulse between the first electrode and the second electrode.
