POSTURE RECOGNITION SYSTEM USING 3D SPACE DATA OF A HUMAN AVATAR AND METHOD THEREOF

The present invention relates to a pose recognition system using a 3D human avatar and 3D spatial data and a method thereof. The pose recognition system includes: a creation unit which creates a virtual human 3D human avatar and a virtual space 3D Rubik Cube where the 3D human avatar is located after receiving skeleton information from a sensor detecting users and taking images; a motion unit which makes the 3D human avatar follow the same pose as the user does; a sensor unit which identifies whether the pose matches the 3D human avatar at every match sensing box and creates a match flag array in which whether or not each of the match sensing boxes was matched is used as elements; and an identification unit which recognizes the pose by selecting pose data most similar to the users pose from a pose database by using the match flag array.
