METHOD FOR DETECTING VIDEO THAT UTILIZE SMARTER VIDEO CONTROL CENTER USING THE SAME SYSTEM

Disclosed are a video detection method and a video detection system using the same. The video detection method includes: a step to collect video information; a step to process the collected video information and to extract the processed video information; a step to determine whether an event occurred in the processed video information; a step to issue a warning if there two or more events occur consecutively or non-consecutively in the processed video information; a step to output the resulting video information containing the event and alarm information of the video information. As a result, the video detection method according to the present invention can improve the work efficiency of each person in charge of monitoring as well as the monitoring operability, and also can support early responses and confrontational measures to a safety accident and prevent safety accidents.
