The present invention relates to a separable longitudinal spinning agitator capable of simultaneously operating ground disturbance, liquefaction and solidification, and a system for processing ground solidification using the same, and more particularly to an agitator, in which cutting edges and spinning edges, which are manufactured to be suitable for a characteristic of the ground and the purpose of disturbance, can be attached /detached to/from a chain rotating in the longitudinal direction. The agitator can be mounted to small sized equipment such as an excavator for a normal construction work, and the like to perform embedding, cutting, disturbance, and solidification in order to maximize convenience and an effect of a construction work and also can simultaneously perform disturbance, liquefaction, and solidification.
