The present invention relates to a technology to provide an entertainment service for passengers of public transportation such as a bus, a subway, a train, a taxi, an airplane, etc. More specifically, the present invention relates to a technology to provide benefits of the public transportation and to enable the passengers to actively use the public transportation and enjoy the time while using the public transportation by providing specified content market service to the passengers who use the public transportation and accurately measuring whether the an individual client boards on the public transportation by utilizing a beacon installed in the public transportation. According to the present invention, the present invention has a good point by providing an entertainment service without requiring additional efforts which the passenger of the public transportation perform a tagging with a terminal. Especially, the present invention can induce people to use the public transportation means by providing a benefit specified for the passengers by accurately classifying the passengers using the public transportation.
