The present invention relates to perovskite-type nanoparticles-based nanocomposite films using a layer-by-layer assembly based on ligand absorption of carboxyl functionalized polymer. More particularly, the prevent invention relates to nanoparticles-based nanocomposite films capable of controlling ferroelectric and piezoelectric properties by using nanoparticles of perovskite type and polymer using a layer-by-layer assembly based on ligand absorption of carboxyl functionalized polymer. Nanoparticles of perovskite type BTO such as nanoparticles can be applied to a substrate having intrinsic electric property and flat and curved wide area. Perovskite-type nanoparticles-based nanocomposite films using a layer-by-layer assembly based on ligand absorption of carboxyl functionalized polymer according to the present invention can be applied to various electronic products and nanopower generation device region with customized structure and performance.
