The present invention relates to a predictive preservation of a marine resource production equipment and, more specifically, relates to a method and an apparatus to manage failure modes for a predictive preservation of the marine resource production equipment comprising: a distributed control system (DCS), monitoring, and performance evaluation module (100) to develop a real time data management and monitoring system, and develop a performance evaluation system of an ocean plant performance monitoring level by establishing the DCS for systematic collection/management of maintenance data; a predictive preservation platform (200) to perform mapping of data from a real time sensor data of the DCS, monitoring, and performance evaluation module (100), store the corresponding data, and mange learning style failure modes depending on a normal type and failure type data; a diagnosis/predictive preservation/preservation/configuration management module (300) to develop a learning style failure modes management based on predictive preservation reliance automatic enhancement technology, develop ocean plant diagnosis, predictive preservation system, and develop a diagnosis and predictive preservation operation platform and a configuration management system in accordance to data from the DCS, monitoring, and performance evaluation module (100) transferred to the predictive preservation platform (200); and a virtual ocean plant simulator (400) to establish the virtual ocean plant simulator, establish a scenario based operation training system, and develop a predictive preservation solution and input/output virtualization system for an interactive operation with an ocean plant SCADA system.
