The present invention relates to a simulation system for teaching manipulation of a machine tool which teaches a manipulation method and a processing technique in a sequence and an manner of the actual manipulation. More specifically, the simulation system performs simulation exactly the same as an actual machine tool works. Therefore, if a user masters the simulation system, the user can immediately manipulate the machine tool in an actual working place. The simulation system includes a managing terminal that is used by a manager (a teacher) for teaching trainees (students) and includes a monitoring engine, capable of monitoring teaching terminals used by the trainees (students) in real time and a remote control engine capable of remotely controlling the teaching terminals. Therefore, the simulation system can more efficiently teaching manipulation of a machine tool. According to the present invention, a three-dimensional modeling program, which simulates actual operation of the machine tool, is installed on the simulation system using the managing terminal and the teaching terminals which are connected by a network.
