The present invention discloses an RFID tag, an RFID tag reader, an RFID tag identification system including the same, and a providing method thereof. According to an embodiment of the present invention, an RFID tag capable of rapidly identifying an RFID tag by using an M-ary query tree, collision information of a tag ID, and a prediction technique, an RFID tag reader, an RFID tag identification system including the same, and a providing method thereof are provided. The RFID tag reader comprises an initialization module, an end module, a setting module, a question transmitting module, a response receiving module, a collision bit determining module, an identification module, a collision processing module, and a control module.
