The present invention relates to a three-dimensional dynamic voxel phantom for deformable image registration, wherein the phantom tries to obtain variable data which varies depending on the movement of a radiation treatment apparatus as a radiation treatment target changes, comprising: a drive unit which drives a target incorporating a measurer in three axes of X, Y and Z axis; and a phantom unit for image registration which stacks, in three dimensional shape, sponge blocks incorporating markers to estimate distance at a predetermined position and allows the target of the drive unit to insert through the gap between the sponge blocks and thus move freely, thereby enabling the acquisition of the variable data through the positional change of the markers of the sponge blocks which is deformed by the movement of the target of the drive unit. The present invention can offer the biggest advantage in that performing image registration and three dimensional drive in one phantom; and employing the advantage can consolidate the roles of a phantom which is traditionally divided into an image registration part and a drive part and thus can reduce financial burden for researchers and hospital administrators.
