According to the present invention, a lance to inject pulverized coals is a lance to inject pulverized coals into a blow pipe to inject hot air to a winnowing machine of a blast furnace. The lance is formed of a double pipe having an inner pipe to which pulverized coals are injected, and an outer pipe to which cooling gas is injected. The outer pipe comprises a fixed part installed to be fixated, and a rotation part connected to the fixed part to be rotated. Inner protrusions are formed on the inner surface of the rotation part to rotate the rotation part by the injected cooling gas. Outer protrusions are formed on the outer surface of the inner pipe in sections facing the sections where the inner protrusions of the outer pipe are formed. The present invention is to prevent deformity of the lance to inject pulverized coals by maximizing a cooling efficiency of the lance to inject pulverized coals inserted in the blow pipe to inject hot air to a winnowing machine of a blast furnace.
