The purpose of the present invention is to provide a combined radioactive liquid waste treatment system with a dissolved air flotation method and a movable submerged membrane to be easily replaced and a method thereof, capable of preventing a radiation exposure to a worker and an air pollution by recycling fine air by collecting the generated fine air again. To achieve the purpose, the combined radioactive liquid waste treatment system with the dissolved air flotation method and the movable submerged membrane to be easily replaced according to the present invention includes a chemical mixing bath, a dissolved air flotation bath, the movable submerged membrane, an air bubble diffusing system, a treatment water pump, a skimmer, and a sludge concentration bath. A pressure tank is connected to the dissolved air floatation bath. The pressure tank generates the fine air by collecting the air generated in the dissolved air flotation bath and an air compressor.
