The present invention relates to a flange bearing consisting of high carbon chromium steel, including an inner ring (110), an outer ring (130), a flange portion (170), a rolling element (150), and a retainer, wherein the inner ring (110) extended in the circumferential direction is provided in a reduced form, an inner ring raceway is circumferentially extended and provided on the outer surface in a radial direction, an outer ring (130) is circumferentially extended and provided in a reduced form, the outer race track is provided on the inner surface in a radial direction and extended in the circumferential direction, the flange (170) is provided on the inner ring (110) or the outer ring (130) and extended in the circumferential direction to be provided on the plate, a rolling member (150) is provided between inner ring (110) and the outer ring (130) and is provided to be circumferentially spaced by a retainer, the retainer is provided between inner ring (110) and the outer ring (130), rolling elements (150) are provided to be spaced apart in a circumferential direction, and the flange (170) has a hardness of 240HV-280HV range through the thermal processing.;COPYRIGHT KIPO 2015
