The present invention relates to a synthesizing apparatus of a water-soluble metal nanoparticle using ferritin, and more specifically, to a synthesizing apparatus of a water-soluble metal nanoparticle using ferritin which can produce a uniform and fine metal nanoparticle. According to the synthesizing apparatus of the water-soluble metal nanoparticle using ferritin of the present invention, a metal ion aqueous solution can be injected into apoferritin solution in several seconds, thereby inducing an uniform nuclear growth, and accordingly, the uniform and fine metal nanoparticle can be produced in a predetermined amount according to a volume size of a reaction container, thereby being useful for a mass production of the metal nanoparticle.
