Provided are a PVC classification apparatus and a method using a QRS pattern, a PVC pattern classification method and a remote monitoring device. The PVC classification method using a QRS pattern includes a step of differentiating an ECG signal, a step of classifying an QRS pattern by using the peak value of a differentiated ECG signal, and a step of determining premature ventricular contraction (PVC) by using the classified QRS. The QRS pattern includes a left peak value and a right peak value. The step of classifying the QRS pattern compares the position of the left peak value and the right peak value based on the pattern threshold of the differentiated ECG signal and classifies the QRS.
