The present invention relates to an alignment apparatus for evenly drying a transfer coal. The present invention comprises: a first coal dryer where a pair of first guide rails, a pair of second guide rails, a first steam chamber, a second steam chamber, a first exhaust gas chamber, and a second exhaust gas chamber are installed; and a second coal dryer where a pair of third guide rails, a pair of fourth guide rails, a third steam chamber, a fourth steam chamber, a third exhaust gas chamber, and a fourth exhaust gas chamber are installed. Moreover, the present invention comprises a coal fixed quantity supply device. The coal drying device comprises: a lifting plate; a plurality of first penetration holes formed on the lifting plate; a descending plate having an inclination; and a pair of fixing members. The present invention enables the reheat steam having high temperature to easily come in contact with coal particles and improves drying efficiency of a coal and reliability and prevents incomplete combustion of the coal and increases utilization of the low quality coal for which demand is low to improve coal supply stability.
