The present invention relates to an electrocardiography signal transmitting method using compression sensing, an electrocardiography signal transmitting apparatus, and a monitoring system using the method and the device. An electrocardiography monitoring system using compression sensing comprises: an electrocardiography measuring apparatus including an electrocardiography sensing unit that measures an electrocardiography signal of a user, a processor that filters the measured electrocardiography signal using a band-pass filter and compression-senses the filtered electrocardiography signal, and a data communication unit that transmits the compression-sensed electrocardiography signal to an electrocardiography monitoring apparatus; a first communication unit that receives the compression-sensed electrocardiography signal; a processor that restores the compression-sensed electrocardiography and analyzes the restored electrocardiography signal; and a display unit that outputs the an analyzed electrocardiography data.
