The present invention relates to a hybrid microbial fuel cell having a microbial fuel cell (MFC) reactor enclosing an anaerobic digestion tank system to simultaneously produce biogas and electricity while treating organic pollutants. In the hybrid microorganism fuel cell according to the present invention, the treated water from the anaerobic digestion tank is reprocessed in the microbial fuel cell reaction tank, the organic matter treatment rate is increased, and biogas and electric energy can be simultaneously produced.
