The present invention relates to an ascon plant including a system for preventing aggregates from being nonuniformly stacked, and a method for manufacturing an asphalt compound using the same. The ascon plant comprises: a cold bin (100) configured to store aggregates classified by particle size; a conveyor (300) configured to transfer the aggregates stored in the cold bin (100) to a dryer (200); and a batch tower (400) configured to store the aggregates heated by the dryer (200) wherein the batch tower (400) includes an inlet (410) having the aggregates entered thereinto; a plurality of stacking spaces defined by a partition wall (420); a hot screen (440) formed in upper portions of a plurality of stacking spaces (430) so that the aggregates can be classified by particle size and stacked; and an outlet (450) having the aggregates discharged.
