The purpose of the present invention is to provide a unit-type curtain wall structure joined with C-shaped steel and an aluminum frame capable of improving watertight and airtight performance of vertical and horizontal joining units of a curtain wall, uniformly delivering an upper load and a transverse load of the curtain wall, having no effect on indoor insulation and finishing works, preventing a heat bridge of a vertical member, improving heat insulation and fire resistance properties by preventing dew condensation generated in a hollow unit formed of horizontal members and an insulating panel; and improving the internal structural rigidity of the horizontal member. To achieve the purpose, the vertical joining unit of the curtain wall of the present invention is formed by inserting multiple convex and concave joining units inside the upper and lower vertical members at predetermined intervals to join. The horizontal joining unit is formed by arranging recessed joining units and linear protrusion units across each other inside the left and right horizontal members. The left and right protrusion units are inserted and joined away from the left and right recessed joining units. A unit panel, an insulating material, or incombustible insulating material is installed in the hollow unit composed of the left and right horizontal member, the insulating panel, and a back panel.
