The present invention relates to an air quality notifying device and an air quality notifying method, capable of checking a measurement value which is measured in a gas measuring unit which measures the kind and density of various gases in the atmosphere by transmitting the measurement value to a wireless terminal and enabling ordinary people to easily recognize the measurement value by dealing with a situation and performing a notification function. The air quality notifying device connecting with an air quality measuring device and a wireless terminal is composed of the air quality measuring device (10) which includes a gas sensor (11), an environment sensor (12), an air quality determining module (13), an air quality communicating module (14), and a notifying module (15) and the wireless terminal (20) which includes a communication control module (21), air quality data (22), an air quality measuring application (23), a display checking module (24), and an application operating unit (25).
