RECYCLED COLD SEMI-RIGID ASPHALT CONCREATE MIXTURE AND PREPARING METHOD THEREOF

The present invention relates to a recycled semi-rigid cold asphalt concrete composition comprising: (i) an organic binder including asphalt, latex, and reproduction additives; (ii) an inorganic binder including cement, a polymer admixture, and a fiber material; and (iii) recycled aggregate including recycled waste asphalt concrete aggregate, heavyweight aggregate, or a mixture thereof, and to a preparing method thereof. The recycled semi-rigid cold asphalt concrete composition according to the present invention can solve expensive construction costs due to heating processes, oxidative aging of asphalt in heating processes, and the like. In addition, the composition according to the present invention prevents toxic gas and carbon dioxide from being generated by heating processes, and since the composition comprises recycled aggregate, environmentally friendly construction can be performed. Also, the composition maintains its elasticity at a high temperature to prevent plastic deformation while maintaining its flexibility at a low temperature to prevent cracks, thereby extending lifetime of road, thereby being used as a material for pavement of road, and the like.
