SYSTEM FOR RECYCLING SLUDGE USING WASTE RESOURCES AND RECOVERED HEAT OF WASTE GAS

The present invention relates to a system for recycling sludge using waste resources and recovered heat of waste gas, which dries sludge to use the same as fuel with waste resources, dries the dehydrated sludge with heat energy generated by combustion of the waste resources and the sludge in order to stably treat the waste resources and the sludge in an indirect heating and drying method, uses the waste resources fuel generated in a process of recycling of residential wastes, and recovers all kinds of heat sources generated and wasted during a process in order to reuse the same. The system of the present invention comprises: a combustion unit for generating heat by combusting waste resources or the dried sludge, and transferring the generated heat to a lower level; a heating unit for generating steam through the heat of combustion discharged gas generated from the combustion unit, transferring the steam to a drying unit for drying sewage sludge, and removing dust and toxic gas included in the combustion discharged gas of the combustion unit in order to discharge the same; a drying unit for drying the dehydrated sludge introduced through the steam transferred from the heating unit; an inlet for supplying the dehydrated sludge to the drying unit, storing the dehydrated sludge supplied from the outside, mixing the dried sludge and the dehydrated sludge in order to supply the same to a dryer; and a storing unit for storing the dried sludge through the dryer and then transferring the same to the outside, and recirculating the partial dried sludge to the combustion unit in order to use the same as fuel.
