The present invention relates to an integrated supervisory remote control system extendable to a mobile environment including: a reducing valve installed between pipes and controlling pressure of a flux flowing inside the pipe; a motor installed on one side of the reducing valve and adjusting the reducing valve with turning force generated according to a control signal; a main controller connected to the motor to control the motor; and a flow meter installed on one side of the reducing valve to check the flux flowing into the reducing valve.
