Provided are dry-type cementless concrete using fly ash, furnace slag, and an powder type alkali activator, and a method for manufacturing the same. According to the present invention, the dry-type cementless concrete uses the fly ash, furnace slag, and powder type alkali activator in order to manufacture the dry-type cementless concrete, which is no slump, to perform a casting, and performs detachment of a steel mold right before curing, thus a problem of attachment with the steel mold can be prevented, and also, the fly ash and the furnace slag having an optimal ratio are applied at the same time as a binder instead of cement which discharges a large quantity of carbon dioxide, and the dry-type cementless concrete having 30 to 40 MPa of compressive strength which has excellent workability and enables to be cured at room temperature can be manufactured. In addition, the dry-type cementless concrete has high chemical resistance, thereby being simply applied to ecological blocks, sewage culverts, or a floor (con-slate) for a pen.
