The present invention relates to a bottom end plate (100) in a dual-cooled annular nuclear fuel assembly. It includes an external water path hole (210) extended to an axial direction (500); and an internal water path hole (200) extended to the axial direction (500). In a cross section which is parallel to the axial direction (500) of the internal water path hole (210), a center line (600) which connects the center of a width (W) vertical to the axial direction (500), is parallel to the axial direction (500). The width (W) decreases along the axial direction (500), from the lower end (300) of the cross section to the upper end (400). According to the prevent invention, the center line and width of the cross section of the internal water path hole of a bottom end plate are formed with various sizes. Thereby, the blockage of the internal water path due to foreign substance can be prevented. The distribution of flow rate between the internal water path and the external water path can be controlled.
