The inner center jig for manufacturing a steel bobbin according to the present invention disclosed relates to an inner center jig (100, 100, 100) used for manufacturing a copper mirror (10) of a steel bobbin made by welding and combining an inner center (20) and an outer center (40) where a reinforcing member (30) is installed. The inner center jig of the present invention comprises: a body (110) in the shape of a circle for surrounding the inner center (20) with an opening formed in a certain position; a fixing unit (120) for controlling the diameter of the body (110) and fixating the body (110) to the inner center (20); and a plurality of reinforcing guide members (130, 140, 150) installed in all directions on the outer circumferential surface of the body (110) to have a certain interval wherein a reinforcing member (30) is settled. The reinforcing member (30) and the inner center (20) are welded while the reinforcing member (30) is settled in the reinforcing guide members (130, 140, 150). According to the present invention, a reinforcing member can be conveniently welded on the outer circumferential surface of the inner center by using the inner center jig, and the work time for manufacturing a copper mirror of a steel bobbin is reduced for improved productivity. In addition, as a reinforcing member can be uniformly placed on the outer circumferential surface of the inner center by using the inner center jig, the strength of the copper mirror is increased, leading to better product quality and enhanced reliability.
