FIELD OF THE INVENTION The present invention relates to a method of treating a waste incinerator using a sintering process, and more particularly, to a method for recovering boron and KNO ₃ from an incinerator of a shell containing boron, KNO ₃ and a binder. The processing method according to the present invention is not only simple but also environmentally advantageous. In addition, since expensive elements such as boron and KNO ₃ can be recovered at a purity of 99% or more, economical effects can be expected.
