The present invention relates to a non-isolation multi-phases type DC-DC converter with an improved quick response and a driving method thereof. The DC-DC converter according to the present invention performs a bidirectional voltage conversion of a buck mode and a boost mode between a high voltage terminal and a low voltage terminal. The DC-DC converter includes a parallel converter module which comprises multi-phases and a switching control module which generates a control signal. A DC-DC converter unit includes one pair of switching elements, an inductor, and a current sensor which senses the current of the inductor. The switching control module includes a duty calculating unit, a scheduling control unit, and a plurality of control signal generators.
